How much does shipping cost?
Orders more than $29.99 automatically receive free shipping (whether you're a first-time customer or a long-time subscriber). We encourage you to try to order treats and kibble together since there's a $9.99 shipping charge on purchases less than $29.99.
Which carrier delivers my v-dog package?
We use UPS to ship all products to the shipping address associated with your order or subscription. UPS will provide tracking updates once your order ships from our warehouse. If you have specific delivery instructions for your delivery address, you can visit UPS My Choice and set up an account to make your requests.
What if my shipment is delayed?
In order to avoid lapses in your supply of kibble at home, we recommend you plan to place your order so that your bag arrives 1 to 2 weeks before you will run out of dog food. Orders typically deliver within 2 to 6 business days once shipped. Please make sure that you account for national holidays because they may cause slight shipping delays.
Can I cancel my order once it has shipped?
Our order fulfillment system is automated to ensure your dog's food arrives as quickly as possible without delay! Because of our optimized fulfillment and speedy shipping, we cannot accommodate order cancellations after an order has processed. Please email us at support@v-dog.com with your questions about order returns.
What if my pup doesn't like the food? (Return policy)
We're super confident that your dog will love v-dog! Our 4.5LB bag of mini bites is the perfect trial size for new customers interested in a taste test.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order. We cannot offer "change of mind" refunds, refunds on shipping, or refunds on opened bags. Returns on unopened bags of kibble are accepted within 14 days of delivery, but please note that your order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on treats.
