Creating a subscription is a breeze! Just pick "Subscribe and Save" for the products you want, choose how often you want them delivered (with free shipping on orders over $50), and your dog's food and treats will come to your door on schedule. How much is shipping for a subscription order?

All our customers (whether subscribers or one-time purchasers) received free shipping on orders over $50. Your subscription will automatically ship for free if you exceed that dollar amount.

How do I cancel or edit my subscription?

Log in to your account here, and click on the "Manage Subscriptions" button. Once there, you can cancel. Please be sure to edit/cancel your subscription order at least 3 days before its scheduled ship date to guarantee our system can process that update before it's fulfilled.

How do I change the interval of my subscription or get my shipment early?

Managing your subscription is simple. Just log in to your account, and click on "Manage Subscriptions." From there, you can pause your shipment, skip a shipping intervals, or request an immediate shipment if you need a refill before the scheduled delivery.
