How do resellers or nonprofits gain access to v-dog wholesale?
It's simple. Just visit our application page, and submit the information about your company or organization for our team to review. (Make sure you have your reseller license number or your 501c3 identification number for verification).
Does v-dog offer resellers bulk discounts?
Certainly! Bulk discounts are automatically applied to kibble and treat purchases when you buy larger quantities of treat boxes or reach a certain level with kibble bags. After your application is approved, and you have access to the wholesale portal, you can find detailed information on bulk discounts visiting each product.
Does v-dog offer free shipping on wholesale orders?
Yes, all wholesale purchases now include shipping in the pricing structure. That includes shipping on parcel orders and pallets (which will automatically include liftgate service at no additional fee).
Where does v-dog ship wholesale orders?
At this time, we’re only able to ship within the contiguous United States. If your business or nonprofit is located within Alaska or Hawaii, you can email us at wholesale@v-dog.com to discuss your options with a freight forwarder. As mentioned, v-dog only ships (and sells) within the United States, but our sister company v-planet (https://v-planet.com) may offer distribution in your country. Does v-dog have MOQs for kibble and treats?
We do have small MOQs and order increments on our bags of kibble and cases of treats to optimize shipping and pass on the savings to resellers.
Do I qualify for wholesale? What are v-dog's resale terms?
V-dog resellers must have a valid reseller's license and sell our products from their retail locations. Our wholesale prices are for resale only and should not be used for personal consumption. Proper climate-controlled storage is required for all v-dog products. Resellers commit to not advertising v-dog products below the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Prices (MSRPs), which can be found on v-dog.com. They can sell v-dog products on their store websites following the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) pricing policy but are not allowed to list them on Amazon, eBay, or other secondary e-commerce platforms. V-dog products should be sold within the United States. By placing an order through our wholesale site, resellers automatically agree to these terms and conditions, which are also part of the initial application
How do resellers or nonprofits contact v-dog with questions about wholesale?
We welcome questions! You can either fill out the details on our wholesale contact page, or you can email wholesale@v-dog.com. Although we typically response to reseller questions the same day, please allow for 2 to 3 business days to receive our response.
Part of my shipment was damaged in transit. What do I do?
Email us at wholesale@v-dog.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos that clearly show the damage in question, and once we confirm the damage occurred in transit, we’ll issue you a credit for the amount of the damage that you can use for your next wholesale order.
Do resellers and nonprofits have to pay at checkout?
Yes, all resellers and nonprofits are now required to pay before orders ship out. We've implemented this system so that we can offer bulk discounts and instantaneous ordering.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns if your order arrives damaged. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of unsold product or unsatisfied customers through retail purchases.
