Fall v-dog kibble topper recipe .... Time to get festive!

It's fall and that means fun seasonal recipes for your pup!
Add pumpkin to your fall shopping list! Pumpkins are a great source of fiber and vitamins. The fiber in pumpkin also adds bulk to the diet, helping your pets to feel more full! Here's an easy and super yummy recipe to try out during spooky season. 

1 cup fresh peeled pumpkin chopped into 1/2” pieces
1 tsp. fresh tarragon chopped
4 tbsp. sodium free veggie broth
1 cup hot water
3 tbsp. coconut oil
2 tbsp. olive oil


How to: 
Start with frying pan over medium heat 
Add olive oil to pan, carefully add the pumpkin once hot
Cook for 10 min / stir once in a while to make sure pumpkin doesn’t stick 
Warm up veggie broth
Add coconut oil to warm veggie broth
Pour veggie broth into the frying pan with the pumpkin, stir and simmer for 5 minutes until the pumpkin is tender
Cool completely 
Scoop some on top of your pups Kind kibble and top with unsweetened coconut
